Pathvio exists to help Indian professionals navigate their careers with clarity, confidence, and momentum. We believe career growth shouldn't depend on luck, the right connections, or expensive coaches — it should be accessible, data-driven, and personalized to each person's unique starting point.

Pathvio is built on advanced large language models, including Anthropic's Claude. We use AI to:

  • Generate personalized career roadmaps tailored to your goals
  • Analyze resumes and suggest specific, actionable improvements
  • Simulate interview practice with realistic, structured feedback
  • Recommend skills, companies, and roles based on your profile and the market

A note on honesty: AI is a tool, not an oracle. We're transparent about what AI can and can't do. Every output you receive includes context on its limitations, and we encourage you to verify important information — compensation ranges, hiring practices, factual claims — independently.

Our Story

Pathvio was founded by Piyush Mandal, an Associate Product Manager and AI builder based in Bengaluru, India. After three years of building enterprise AI products — LLM-based assistants, RAG pipelines, document intelligence — and watching friends, peers, and colleagues struggle to navigate their own careers in a fast-changing AI-shaped job market, the idea for Pathvio crystallized.

The same AI tools transforming software, design, writing, and analytics should be transforming careers. Pathvio is the platform built to do that for India.
